Gina Concotelli’s Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to any orders placed with Gina Concotelli whether they are paid for in person, by mail, or via online payment.

All Sessions; individual or workshop, are scheduled on receipt of payment. No session is considered as scheduled until full payment has been made.

When you pay and are scheduled, Gina creates a space for you on her calendar and will begin preparing for your session. This time, prior to the date & time of your session together, is necessary for you to get most of your appointment time together.

All Payments

Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the day your Session is scheduled. Dial-in information for the Group Session will not be sent until payment is received.

Checks for payment of a session must be receive at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled session. If you have elected to pay by check and your check isn’t received by this cut off date your order will be considered as canceled.

Individual Sessions Cancellations

You must cancel your session at least 48 hours prior to your the scheduled date & time to receive a refund.

Any sessions canceled within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled date & time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Any scheduled session that is missed without any prior notification are non-refundable.

Individual Sessions Rescheduling

There is an additional $50 rescheduling fee for any Session rescheduled within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled date & time.

Group Sessions

100% Happiness Guarantee for all Group Sessions.

Group Session Cancellation

Cancel your group membership at and time prior and up to 7 days after your 1st group call, and you will receive a full 100% refund.

After the initial 7 days, no refunds will be made. On request a credit based on the number of sessions you attended, will be issued toward future group session(s).

Recordings for Group Sessions

All teleconferences are recorded. Registration to any of our calls or events confirms your agreement to be recorded, this recording is the sole property of Gina Concotelli. Participation and attending the event constitutes your agreement to grant Gina Concotelli all rights in relation to the use of the recordings.

Group Session Guarantee

My personal unconditional happiness guarantee.
I’ll personally guarantee that you will be satisfied with this program. My intention is to support you to understand and accelerate your results to be more aligned with Your Design. Meaning you feel less stress, more confident in making decisions and improved relationships.  Provided your expectations are not met or exceeded, then you can cancel. Cancellation must be made, by email, after the first class. You will receive a full refund.

Living Your Design Experiential Workshops Cancellations

You must cancel your Workshop at least 48 hours prior to your the scheduled date and time to receive a refund. There will be a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee subtracted from your refund.

Cancellations within the 48 hours prior to the scheduled date & time of your Workshop will not be refunded.

Living Your Design Experiential Workshops Rescheduling

There is an additional $100 fee for any Workshop rescheduled within the 48 hours prior to your Workshop scheduled date & time.
